When looking at an insurance provider, I consider two issues.  Price and Service.  In my opinion, there needs to be a balance between both. One could have a really cheap insurance, but then when the service is needed it falls way below expectations.   The insurance companies I list here demonstrate have demonstrated that balance.

If you have a clean driving record, you may want to check these guys out.   They have been my provider for over twenty years and I absolutely love them.
State Farm

I have always heard good things about this company.  I was recently in a car accident with someone who used this insurance.  They were the cause.  State Farm was very quick to open a claim  and get in touch with me.
